  • How old do I need to be?

    Our Insurance covers drivers aged between 25 -75

  • Where do I collect the camper?

    The camper can be collected from:

    Purley, Surrey

    CR8 4DD

  • What ID do I need?

    Each Driver must provide the following documents: 

    • Photo Card Drivers’ Licence

    • Two forms of proof of Address issued within the last 90 days:

    • 2 X Utility bills/statements (Gas, Electric, Water)

     OR

    • 1 X Utility Bill

    • 1 X Council Tax Bill, HMRC Bill, Credit Card bill/statement, Mortgage Statement, Landline Phone/Internet/TV bill/statement

    • DVLA check code issued within the past 21 days https://www.viewdrivingrecord.service.gov.uk/driving-record/licence-number


  • How do I pay?

    For bookings made more than 30 days prior to travel, a 20% deposit is required with the final outstanding balance to be paid 30 days before the rental commencement date.

    For bookings made less than 30 days from collection, the full balance is required.

    Payment can be made by bank transfer.


  • Is the camper easy to use?

    When you collect your camper, we will run through everything you need to know. Please allow approximately 45 mins for this. 

  • What if there is a problem with the camper?

    Our campervans have comprehensive breakdown cover should you need it.

  • Can I leave my vehicle with you?

    Yes, there is normally free street parking available at your own risk.

  • How long will the camper handover take?

    You will need to allow approximately 45 mins for the handover. 

  • Can I smoke in the campervan?

    No, all our campervans are no smoking.

  • Do you allow pets in your camper vans?

    We love pets and we have plenty of our own. That's why we know what mess they make and why we cannot allow pets in any of our Camper Vans.


    We want every customer to be able to hire a fresh, clean van, every time and if we allowed pets it would increase the risk of us not being able to provide other customers with the best posible experience.

  • Is bedding included?

    We do not include bedding as the majority of our customers prefer to bring their own. We can however supply duvets and pillows for a small additional fee. 

  • Are towels included?

    We do not include towels as the majority of our customers prefer to bring their own. We can however supply a towel set for a small additional fee. 

  • How many people are allowed in the camper

    Due to the size of our campervans, we only allow a maximun of 2 adults and 2 children in each van.
